Viva vision #6 Praise be in personal Insights

There are soooo many fantastic features at your finger tips in personal Viva Insights to support digital wellbeing.

I start with the Praise feature, a simple messaging extension of Teams with the option to send an array of recognition badges to colleagues in both Chat and Channels.

You can also Praise in Yammer.

I shared my thoughts about this a few weeks ago on LinkedIn.

Try to use whatever you prefer in the moment as get the same fuzzy good vibe – not just receiver but giver too. Priceless!
