Today is International Happiness Day! and explores the relationship between social media and happiness, highlighting potential challenges for our wellbeing as well as ways we can all use tech for good
~ and now with AI as your personal therapist.
A few weeks ago, all alone in Saudi, I shared many cups of Happiness in what could have been a challenging cultural experience. Instead, positivi-tea!
I facilitated ten Copilot Top User/Champion sessions on site for a customer, each with about seven participants and lasting an hour. My mission was to help them curate their creative real-world uses of Copilot, nurture collaboration across the siloed divisions and then help the customer share amazing productivity and efficiency Copilot success stories.
Surprisingly, high number of the attendees were women which was nice to witness in Saudi Arabia – however all participants referred to Copilot as “he,” while I called it “it!”
At the end, I gifted everyone a delicious Yogi tea each with a unique Yogi wisdom – the brand is known for its thoughtful copy long before AI marketing! I have this tea every day and rarely find the same message.
When I host in person ACM sessions, I always give my participants a gift – something to engage and surprise them. When working with Viva this worked particularly well Viva Origami!
Each tea bag comes individually wrapped so I asked them to open it up, and prompt Copilot Chat at Work: “How can Copilot help me be a better leader with [insert yogi wisdom].”
The responses delighted them, often focusing on Emotional Intelligence and Growth Mindset, and sometimes linking to company leadership and wellbeing resources. Many expressed huge thanks, saying it was one of the nicest meetings they’d ever attended, and some even hugged me.
Most women wore full black bourka or chic velvet robes with elegant hijab scarves – but I also noted beautiful individuality – just like yogi wisdom.

Although the ten sessions took place in person, I used Teams Meeting Recap to quicky capture Success Stories in the transcripts for Proof of Value and ROI of these expensive licences. The transcripts were each about 20-25 pages long.
I then prompted Copilot “generate Copilot Success Stories detailing the Challenge, How Copilot Helped, Outcome, and Time Saved aligned to divisional or company KPI’s and strategic priorities” I added the SharePoint folder URL where all the transcripts were saved.
Before I even had time to make a cup of tea, Copilot generated 52 stories! A monumental task that would have taken weeks manually – and made a consultant extremely unhappy!!
