Rolling out Copilot should not feel like a marathon but a relay race, with every team member carefully passing the baton. At Sulava Gulf, we use a proven adoption and change management framework to guide employees from first hearing about Copilot to confidently putting it into daily practice. We support leaders, champions, and end-users with just-enough, just-in-time communications. By nurturing curiosity, courage, and collaboration, adoption becomes sticky rather than forced. Excitement is balanced with responsibility, so trust in AI grows alongside skills. The result is practical training, adaptable comms, and the confidence to make Copilot adoption simple, ethical, and sustainable ~ where the pace of change is owned by the employees.

On a personal note, receiving my MVP 10 year blue disc is a significant reminder that while most MVPs are technical geniuses, my strength lies elsewhere – attempting to make complex technology simple for end users. I’m drawn to frameworks and metaphors, and what I contribute to the community and customers is a way of translating technology in simple and practical ways. I also try to make them a little fun. Here’s more of my stuff:

2025: IkigAI. Sensai teacher of AI

2025: SI+EI+AI=IQ+

2024: Metaphors simplify complexity with AI

2024: Petition for Digital Literacy Upskilling

2023: Interconnectedness

2023: Viva Wayfinder – a new hire solution

2022: Viva Origami – How to explain Viva to a 10 year old

2017: Six Yammer Hats

2016: Working Out Loud in a Network

This has given me an opportunity to reflect on my work adapting established frameworks and created others inspired by Japanese influences with Ikigai, Sensei into Sensai, and Origami, which shaped my thinking in unexpected ways. Over recent months, the idea of visiting Japan kept returning to me, and now it feels like I manifested that dream!

I have been invited by MCT/MVP Joshua Jones to participate in his English speaking training course in Tokyo: Instructor Skills Certification, to become a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).

And also invited me to speak at his Tech Boost & MCT Summit Japan 2025. At Microsoft HQ Tokyo, 9-12 October. I will present the “Humane-Agentic ACM approach” that we developed in Sulava Gulf.

Coincidentally, when Joshua and I connected on LinkedIn last week, there was just one slot left on his agenda – pure kismet!

Aarigatou gozaimashita.
