Greetings!
The photo is of the stunning setting sun in November 2025 in Dubai Desert with my colleague Sherina, on a fun packed church choir community outing with hundreds of people. And, as I write this on Christmas Eve many are thinking of The Star of Bethlehem religious symbolism.
The bright huge sun reminds me of energy and clarity needed to fuel our AI customers transformation at Sulava — and the Christmas Star made me think of The North Star, a steady navigation into the future.
Over the past six months as Copilot Enablement Consultant at Sulava, I’ve experienced a clear sense of determined navigation working alongside Sherina.
Guided by Brightstar CEO, Aki Antman visionary Frontier Firm Live leadership who keeps us focused and constantly learning with a great sense of fun and empathy, new ways to use and (abuse!) M365 Copilot to make us and our customers more creative, curious and collaborate with amazzzzzzzing Agents!
Me and Sherina are growing together in the Skilling and Enablement workstream. I feel we have an unstructured peer coaching relationship that works because we blend human‑centred adoption and change management with realistic, training programme delivered on a massive scale.
> Sherina excels at translating customer objectives into concrete training workshops, timelines, and artifacts for a team of brilliant trainers — of which she is also a very charismatic trainer!
> Where I consistently frame adoption through Prosci ADKAR adoption and change management approach which I personalised for Copilot and customers really appreciate, nurturing Champion communities, responsible AI practices and helping customers map to their strategic priorities and ROI.
This informal coaching relationship is the foundation of our ability to learn from one another. Alongside our AI brand & culture leader, Emma Klen, we have also created a culture where learning is not only effective but enjoyable, bringing a sense of fun into our daily work as the Smoothies (Sulava in Finnish means smooth).
Through this supportive dynamic, we mentor our colleagues with genuine empathy, empowering them to excel and truly shine just like the sun and stars, in both their future professional growth and personal development.
