Served with Albarino wine crisp acidity and citrus fruit notes, an excellent companion to: Goat’s Cheese – honey enhances its creamy texture and mild tang. Cabrales Cheese – honey balances the bold, blue-veined intensity with sweetness. Mature Manchego Cheese – honey complements a sharp and nutty contrast. Add texture with green apple, Serrano ham, crackers.
#2 Citrus Orange Blossom Honey with nuts.
Served with aged white Rioja wine with almond, vanilla, and dried fruit notes make an excellent companion to: Almonds & Pistachios – honey creates a rich and indulgent deconstructed baklava experience.
#3: Earthy Forest Honey with chocolate.
Served with Moscatel wine sweet floral profile, an excellent companion to: Dark chocolate biscuits, tart strawberries, cracked black pepper, fresh mint, vegan ice cream – honey with bee pollen bubbles completes this unique liquid gold, sensory experience!
