Love my liquid gold!

In the summer of 2024, I joined an incredible biodiversity program in Xàbia, Costa Blanca where I sponsored a beehive, a scheme managed by Eduardo Fernandez at Miel Montgó hives. 

This Christmas, I had the delightful experience of pouring my multi-floral liquid gold into jars (kindly assisted by Steve-honey husband). This took place at their honey factory set in lush gardens with an art gallery. It also serves as an event space with an important biodiversity message highlighting the importance of growing native plants in our gardens to attract honeybees, which is vital for our ecosystems. Montgó is a natural park with the most incredible European biodiversity, boasting over 600 species. I discovered Eduardo’s partner, Jan Van Eijle, founder of Bio Jardín Sostenible Xàbia, won the 1st edition Premi Medi Ambient 2024 – Xàbia – Environmental Awards.

Super proud of our coincidental entrepreneur awards – me, for CRN 2024 Entrepreneur Award, London, October 2024. I will use my harvest for honey-tasting and bee-awareness events and have more to share about those in Spring 2025.
